Welcome to Zootrek. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services offered by Zootrek. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Zootrek provides pet transportation services by land and air. Our services include pickup, transportation, and delivery of pets, as well as related services such as tracking, updates, and customer support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Pet Requirements

All pets transported through our services must meet certain health and safety requirements, including but not limited to:

  • Current vaccinations as required by local, state, and federal regulations
  • Health certificate from a licensed veterinarian
  • Proper identification (microchip, collar tags, etc.)
  • For international travel, compliance with all destination country requirements and import regulations

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

To initiate any logistics or transport arrangements, a down payment of 50% of the total quoted amount is required.The remaining balance must be settled before the scheduled pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are subject to change based on distance, pet size, special requirements, and other factors. A detailed quote will be provided before booking confirmation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before scheduled pickup: Full refund minus processing fee
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before scheduled pickup: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made 0-2 days before scheduled pickup: No refund

Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet, Zootrek's liability is limited to the transportation fee paid. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

Pet owners are required to disclose any health conditions, behavioral issues, or special needs before transport. Failure to disclose relevant information may void our liability.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
